My name is Frida, I am 20 years old, and I come from Copenhagen, Denmark. I am currently living in Paris and would love to find a welcoming family where I can become part of everyday family life, help with the children, and experience French culture more deeply.
I would describe myself as a caring, responsible, patient, and positive person. I enjoy spending time with other people, and I love creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere around me. I am independent, reliable, flexible, and used to taking responsibility. I understand how important it is for parents to feel that their children are safe, happy, and well cared for.
I have previous experience working with children as an assistant dance instructor, where I helped teach ballet to younger children. This taught me patience, communication, and how to make activities fun while still creating a safe and structured environment. I have also worked in cafés, shops, and at a dental clinic reception, which has given me valuable experience in customer service, teamwork, and handling responsibility independently.
In my free time, I enjoy discovering new places, trying new food, spending time with friends and family, and learning about different cultures. I have always been curious about life in other countries, and I would love to improve my French while sharing my own Danish culture with a family.
For me, being an au pair is about much more than helping with childcare. I would love to build a genuine relationship with my host family, become someone the children feel comfortable with, and contribute positively to your everyday life. I would be happy to help with school runs, preparing simple meals for the children, organising activities, playing games, reading stories, helping with homework, and keeping their spaces tidy.
I am also happy to adapt to your family’s routines and needs. I believe that good communication, mutual respect, and trust are essential for a successful au pair experience, and I would always do my best to make the arrangement work well for everyone.
