Hello dear family!

My name is Wemmie and I am from Malawi. I am a caring, responsible and patient person who enjoys spending time with children and helping them learn new things. I would love to become an au pair because I enjoy learning about different cultures, meeting new people and being part of a family while helping with childcare.

I have a background in Food Technology and Human Nutrition, which has taught me the importance of good nutrition, hygiene, and healthy habits. I believe children need love, patience, guidance and a safe environment where they can grow, learn and express themselves freely.

I would be happy to help with your children's daily routines, prepare simple meals, assist with homework, organise fun activities and keep their play areas tidy. I would also enjoy doing activities such as reading stories, drawing, playing games, singing and spending time outdoors with them. I understand that every child is different and I would take time to learn about your children's personalities, interests and needs.

I am also willing to learn from your family and adapt to your household routines and parenting style. I believe that good communication, mutual respect and honesty are important in building a good relationship with a host family. I would love to be someone you can trust to care for your children and someone your children feel comfortable around.

Becoming an au pair would also be a wonderful opportunity for me to experience life in another country, learn a new culture, improve my language skills and share my own Malawian culture with your family. I would be happy to introduce you to some of our traditions, foods, and ways of life.
