Dear Host Families,
My name is Rebecca. Back home in Burkina Faso, I have always been surrounded by children. I grew up taking care of my younger brothers, then my neighbors' children and my little cousins. I also worked in a daycare. Babies, young children, and teenagers—I know how to handle them. I know how to listen to them, reassure them, and organize things so everything goes smoothly. Human connection and kindness are truly what define me.
Today, I hold a university bachelor's degree (Licence), I already have my valid passport, and I hold a German B2 language certificate from the Goethe-Institut [40.1]. I am currently actively preparing my visa application for Germany. I am looking for a second family, a place where I can feel at home and where the children can see me as a big sister they can count on every single day.
I would be delighted to take care of the children daily: accompanying them to school, going on short walks with them, and helping them with their homework. I would also be happy to help out around the house: doing light housework, cleaning, and taking care of small chores to keep everything tidy. Since I can ride a bike, I can also easily go for quick grocery runs nearby.
I am a kind, patient, open-minded, and very enthusiastic person when it comes to sharing our cultures. It is with a lot of simplicity and sincerity that I hope to join you soon to take care of your children.
